Extremely strong winds make listening to the audio from Christina difficult, however she continues to make good progress with only 1km of southernly drift overnight:

We’ll take westerly drift over southerly drift for sure! Here’s hoping tomorrow you fly right past the 600km mark down into the 500’s. You just become more awesome by the day.
West is better than South Mamma xx
Be safe and watch that wind chill. Tomorrow can’t come soon enough for me to hear your voice again Mamma.
Praying hard tonight xxx

Dear Christina,
609 K.M.,wow.Not so much to go still(for now,in some days you will arrive),I thought you had lost many kilometers but it’s not so true. You’ll arrive when you least expect it.Not-thing will stop you,I hope you loose no-more kilometers. You are sure happy about what you’ve done and your photos go surely well.

Christina – whenever i need a refill of awe, there’s only one website that cuts it, and that’s the one about the crazy lady and her thousand yard steely stare. Hoping that you have a fade out of the white-outs, so you can fix your eyes on the horizon, set your jaw and PULL BABY, PULL. Also not sure of my facts here, and i suspect ice flows may be one directional (?) but may you get a northerly flow going under your feet and wake up each morning for your eggs and bakey, with a 10km bonus under your tent. May the force be with you. Abrazos – Tim
