Allo Christina

From Montreal , every single day , i look forward to hear your voice.Telling us what it is all about up there is a great moment for me in a sense that i can see that you are still ”enroute” , with all that great energy you have and that i can feel so much .
Just keep on going North ,for me , for all of us that enjoy winter and the cold so much ….
Best regards
Francois

Christina you are an EXTRODINARY person!

Success seems to be largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go, Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent!

Keep going and we will see you it Italy when we are doing our lunges and squats….lol

Thinking of you!

Birchell xx
